Make the "My Statement" page easier to navigate/view

When clicking on 'My Statement' on the control panel, All the statements for all of the teams that that user is associated with come up. This is obviously a lot of scrolling at times to get to where you need to be be to make a payment and most of the statement items do not need to be seen except on the team you are focusing on.

It would be nice if this page simply showed the teams with their balances. A disclosure arrow to be added to each such that when it's clicked the statement line items appear.

Alternatively (or additionally), it would be good to only display "current" teams on that list, ie teams with outstanding line items, or teams which have current fixtures or are associated to a future season.  In this case there should also be a way to see all the "not current" teams.
