Parent Email showing up in team lists

When a child account is associated to the parent it would be helpful if the parent’s details showed up in the player list for that team so it be easily seen that the association is there.  Otherwise it looks like a player with no details.

Auto-calculated fixtures on Splash Page

It would be good for the automatically calculated fixtures for semis and finals read out as it

does on the fixtures page. Eg (Team in Position 1 vs Team in Position 2) or (Winner of Semi
Final 1 vs Loser of Semi Final 2)

Multiple League Simultaneous Fixture Generation

Currently you can generate fixtures at the same time for multiple divisions in the same league for a particular venue. It would be great if this could be extended to allow you to generate fixtures for 2 or more different leagues at the same time for one venue as well.

This would be handy for venues that have multiple different types of leagues being played on them at the same time. This would allow for fixtures to be generated across the different fields /courts that are better able to account for team preferences regarding playing time as the fixture generation process would be able to draw preferences from both leagues rather then one at a time. Furthermore the settings for filling games per time slot or per playing area could better be utilized in these multiple league situations rather then having to manually modify them after the entire seasons worth of games have been generated.

Allow for umpires to be assigned to bookings

Umpires will often be called on to officiate during a casual booking, but we currently have no way of tracking how many such games they have officiated, so we can't report on that in order to pay the referees.  It would be good to be able to allocated officials to bookings in the same way as we can for fixtures, and then include those official stats in reports so we can pay them correctly.

Ability to use ringer database as an admin

Ability to send out an ringer request email for any fixture as a spawtz admin. Rather than logging in as a user and doing it, be able to do it such that the response emails will come back to the spawtz admin.

Name of Fixture to appear in Calendar

Name of the fixture to appear in the calendar mode view. This is extremely helpful for rounds when there a re-double headers (2 matches or more matches for teams on the same night) or come semi finals and finals when staff need to know which games are grand finals or play off matches. It would be much easier to view this from the calendar rather then going into the Duty Report or clicking on each fixture individually.

Attendance Record for a Team visible in Organizers Control Panel

Currently only Admin staff can view a teams attendance record. This has created a separation between the team organiser/ team players and the league management as they have no way to actively check if players are attending matches and have been accurately marked off in attendance for participating. This creates issues in finals when players must have played a minimum number of matches to be eligible to participate. 

There should be a way on the team control panel that the team organiser can click and view the attendance record for their team for each league they have registered in. This would allow team organisers to keep track of their players and in advance alert management/admin if there is an error and issue with the players attendance records.

Multiple Saved "Time Sets" for each Sport & Venue

It would be helpful if each sport at each venue could have multiple saved "Game Time Sets" that could be made in "Config – Venus". This would help speed up fixture generation if pre-saved time sets could be uploaded depending on the requirements for the particular competition/tournament rather than having to manually select the times if they differ from the most frequently used time set.
